Why this Role Exists
The Production Executive is a key operational driver within the Production team, taking ownership of the end-to-end delivery of digital content, website publishing, and campaign assets across BizClik’s global portfolio.
Rather than just supporting workflows, this role is about optimizing them. You will take charge of our publishing pipelines, ensure high standards of accuracy, and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to keep our fast-paced content ecosystem running seamlessly. About You
To thrive as our Production Executive, you will bring a mix of editorial flair, technical organization, and a proactive mindset.
What you'll need:
- Experience in digital publishing, copywriting, or marketing operations (ideally 1–2+ years in a fast-paced media environment).
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, HubSpot) and basic digital formatting.
- Superb written English and sub-editing skills, with an eagle eye for detail, grammar, and layout consistency.
- Strong project management abilities, with the confidence to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight, competing deadlines.
- A basic understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize web content for search.
- An agile, collaborative mindset—you are comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics.
- Experience writing B2B press releases or marketing copy.
- Knowledge of image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) for basic asset cropping/resizing.
Key Responsibilities
CMS & Digital Platform Ownership
- Manage and optimize the upload and publication of articles, reports, and rich media content across multiple CMS platforms.
- Ensure all digital content is perfectly formatted, visually engaging, and strictly aligned with on-page SEO best practices to maximize organic reach.
- Oversee same-day publishing schedules, troubleshooting any live site issues and maintaining a flawless user experience.

Content Creation & Editorial Coordination
- Write, edit, and distribute compelling press releases and promotional copy for BizClik's digital products and flagship events.
- Adapt and repurpose content for various editorial and commercial campaigns, ensuring a consistent, authoritative, and brand-aligned tone of voice.
- Act as a bridge between Editorial, Design, and Commercial teams to ensure all creative assets are delivered on time and to specification.
Production & Campaign Delivery
- Coordinate complex publishing timelines, managing content pipelines across multiple global brands simultaneously.
- Take a proactive role in workflow management, identifying bottlenecks in the production cycle and implementing efficient solutions.
- Support the delivery of commercial partner campaigns, ensuring all sponsored content is published accurately and meets partner expectations.
Quality Assurance & Brand Governance
- Maintain rigorous quality control over all published output, acting as the final line of defence for grammar, spelling, layout, and link integrity.
- Ensure brand guidelines and asset specifications (images, video, and design collateral) are strictly adhered to across all platforms.
