Hours: 2pm - 10pm, 5 days per week

Sharps Furniture Group is the UK’s market leader in fitted furniture, employing over 750 people with a nationwide network of showrooms. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to join our team at our Head Office in Bilston.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to supervise and lead a team within our production facility. Reporting directly to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 25 operatives, ensuring smooth and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve production targets
- Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met within budget
- Maintain high standards of quality across all production processes
- Take a hands-on approach to resolving issues as they arise on shift
- Monitor workflow and optimise machine production efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management at all levels

About You
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, organisational, and planning skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Ability to motivate and engage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good level of computer literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
