Sharps Furniture Group – Bilston (Head Office)
Circa £43,000
Shift - 2pm – 10:00pm - 5 days per week (Monday – Friday)
Ready to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
We’re looking for a hands-on Production Manager to join Sharps Furniture Group, the UK’s market leader in fitted furniture.
What you’ll do
- Lead and motivate a team of around 25 operatives
- Keep production running efficiently, safely, and on target
- Deliver KPIs while maintaining high quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues on shift with a hands-on approach
- Drive continuous improvement across the production line

What you’ll need
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT and communication skills
