Sharps Furniture Group – Bilston (Head Office)

Circa £43,000

Shift - 2pm – 10:00pm - 5 days per week (Monday – Friday)

Ready to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Manager to join Sharps Furniture Group, the UK’s market leader in fitted furniture.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and motivate a team of around 25 operatives
  • Keep production running efficiently, safely, and on target
  • Deliver KPIs while maintaining high quality standards
  • Troubleshoot issues on shift with a hands-on approach
  • Drive continuous improvement across the production line
