Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager to join our growing Campaign Management Team in Maidenhead. Based primarily in our Maidenhead office, this role involves regular travel to client sites, suppliers, warehouses, and live activations across the UK, with occasional overnight stays and out-of-hours working.

You will lead the production and delivery of large-scale live brand experience campaigns, both in-store and out-of-home, managing projects from planning and budgeting through to implementation and evaluation. Working closely with suppliers and operational partners, you will ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard, while representing N2O and our clients on-site during activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the production and delivery of large-scale live brand experience campaigns from brief through to evaluation.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and production schedules to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Management, Creative, and Client Development teams to bring client visions to life.
  • Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance, and proactively identify and resolve risks.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Source and manage production partners, acting as the internal expert on supplier capabilities and recommendations.
  • Create clear scopes of work, briefs, and project documentation to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Oversee on-site build, implementation, and activation activities, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Manage change requests, logistics, and production requirements while maintaining accurate project records.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and partners, driving collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Production, Campaign Management, Account Management, or similar project delivery role.
  • Agency, experiential, live events, shopper marketing, or FMCG brand experience preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, suppliers, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience developing strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and monitoring campaign profitability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and event delivery from planning through to execution.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to perform under pressure.
