Production Manager

Production Manager – Cliffe Terminal

Brett Aggregates Location: Cliffe Terminal, Reporting to: Site Operations Manager

About This Role

Brett Aggregates’ Cliffe Terminal is seeking an experienced and motivated leader to step into the role of Production Manager.

As Production Manager, you will oversee the safe, efficient and compliant handling of marine-sourced aggregates, ensuring the production of high-quality processed materials. You’ll lead a team of supervisors and operatives, driving production targets within budget, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in safety, environmental and operational standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production plans aligned with customer demand
  • Lead, coach, and motivate teams to achieve operational targets
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with commercial and transport teams to meet customer requirements
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Support the development of future talent within the business
