Description
- Execute daily production plan to align with customer demand.
- Monitor workflow across departments such as CNC machining, manufacture, painting, and assembly.
- Ensure all doors meet required specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.
- Work with Technical/Quality team to effectively RCA on NCR’s.
- Supervise and lead production teams. Lead tier meetings and champion SIC drumbeat.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste (Lean principles).
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee maintenance of all machinery.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and safe working practices.
- Control production costs, labor efficiency, and material usage.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, defects, or delays.
- Maintain production reports, KPIs, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Strong leadership and team management in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of door manufacturing processes (preferable).
- Knowledge of CNC machinery and automated production lines.
- Quality control and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
- Good communication across departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Resilient and proactive.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- Proven experience in a Production Manager or Supervisor role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Track record of driving improvements within a growing business. OTIF, OEE, Scrap reduction.
- Turning challenges into opportunities.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (desirable).
