Kawasaki Precision Machinery is a multi billion $ division of the Kawasaki Group. The UK site designs, manufactures and distributes highly engineered hydraulic pumps, motors and control systems for a range of industrial applications. They are seeking a high-impact Production Manager to lead all aspects of manufacturing operations at the Plymouth site.
The Role
You’ll lead the delivery of a safe, efficient and high-performing manufacturing operation, driving improvements with real influence – combining day-to-day operational excellence with business transformation.

What You'll Do
- Full accountability for end-to-end production performance and KPI delivery
- Lead and develop a team of Production Leaders and Planners
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activity
- Work cross-functionally to optimise the full manufacturing value-stream
What Are We Looking For?
- Proven production leadership in engineering or manufacturing with demonstrable machining/CNC experience
- Strong track record of achieving measurable operational performance
- Confident and engaging leader of leaders
