Our client is seeking a high-impact Production Manager to take full ownership of their manufacturing value streams. The business is a key European centre for one of the group’s strongest and fastest-growing divisions.
The Role
You’ll lead the delivery of a safe, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing operation, driving improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and delivery. This is a hands-on leadership position with real influence—combining day-to-day operational excellence with long-term transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end production performance and KPI delivery
- Lead and develop a team of Production Leaders and planners
- Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work cross-functionally to optimise the full manufacturing value stream
Requirements
- Proven production leadership in engineering or manufacturing, with demonstrable machining/CNC discipline experience
- Strong track record of delivering measurable operational results
- Confident leader of leaders, with excellent communication skills
