Nightshift Production Manager
My client are currently looking to recruit a Nightshift Production Manager to join their site in North Lanarkshire.
You will be working with an extremely successful and well established Scottish FMCG company, that are going through a continued period of development and investment. If you are looking for a company where you can develop your managerial skills, work on exciting projects and have the opportunity for career progression, then this could be the role for you!
The Nightshift Production Manager will take responsibility for managing production operations, leading teams, and ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance across production lines.

Shift Pattern
Sunday - Thursday; 10pm - 6am
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing production team within a food manufacturing environment
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and business targets
- Monitor and improve production KPIs (efficiency, waste, downtime, output)
- Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Manage labour, materials, and production resources effectively
- Work closely with Quality Assurance and Technical teams to maintain product standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve production line issues to minimise downtime

Requirements
- Experience as a Production Manager / Manufacturing Manager / Operations Manager
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production management
- Background in food manufacturing / FMCG environment
- Experience managing teams in a high-volume production environment
