About Joloda Hydraroll

Joloda Hydraroll design and manufacture materials handling and load transfer systems, used across logistics, food, retail and general haulage. The Anglesey site is one of the company’s UK manufacturing bases.

What used to be a fairly simple product range now runs to thousands of individual parts, feeding a much bigger and more complex production operation. This role exists because of that growth – it’s a brand new position, created to bring professional management structure to the department.

The role

As Production Manager, you’ll lead manufacturing within your department, working through a supervisory team to hit sales orders on schedule and at the right quality level.

You’ll use FactoryMaster, the site’s ERP system, to track OTIF, efficiency and safety. Success looks like production decisions being made locally, a supervisory structure that runs itself, and measurable gains in output and quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
