Production Manager
The Production Manager is responsible for directing manufacturing departments to meet production, quality, service, safety, and cost reduction objectives. This individual determines requirements for equipment, materials, process flow, staffing, and scheduling to ensure the facility delivers on its local operating plans.
Key Responsibilities
- This is an on-site role.
- Participate in establishing annual operating plans, ensuring tracking and use of key performance indicators for improved operational and business results.
- Represent manufacturing operations in cross-functional leadership teams to drive site and business goals.
- Ensure the safety of team members by fostering a safe work environment, overseeing safety training, and driving accountability for following safety standards.
- Perform broad department management duties, coordinate team efforts, and manage team operating plans.
- Drive execution of site continuous improvement plans, lead significant department projects, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing processes and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of standard operating procedures and safety standards.
- Demonstrated ability in continuous improvement and tracking operational metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coach individuals, provide clear feedback, and lead teams through change.
