Production Manager
Production Manager

We are now seeking a Production Manager to lead, own, and optimise our production floor and stores activities.

In this role, you will add significant impact to Ovarro by:
- Coordinating all daily production and stores activities to ensure the achievement of site-wide goals and initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with all stakeholders to align with forecast, revenue plans, demand planning, and purchasing strategies.
- Ensuring personnel are motivated and aligned through compassionate, visible leadership.
- Representing the site in essential forums to communicate risks, opportunities, and build progress in relation to monthly/quarterly revenue plans and value stream planning.
- Leading and owning the SQDCI process, working with cross-functional teams to:
- Measure and monitor performance KPIs.
- Drive actions to rectify any off-target metrics.
- Present a performance summary to the leadership team.

Requirements & Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- Strong planning and organisational skills to effectively run and monitor the production process.
- Previous experience in a Production leadership role.
- Prolific negotiation skills to secure cost-effective materials at the right time.
- The ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Proven leadership skills and the capacity to motivate teams to meet deadlines.
