Production Manager

Production Manager

Ovarro is a company with real purpose. Our RTUs and SCADA systems have underpinned critical infrastructure for over 40 years, while our leak detection portfolio is driving progress towards a global sustainable future. To realise this vision, we need team members who embody our OneTeam value, which is central to everything we do at Ovarro.

We are now seeking a Production Manager to lead, own, and optimise our production floor and stores activities.

This is a meaningful opportunity to add real value and impact to both our company and the community. At Ovarro, we encourage and value innovative, commercially progressive individuals who can drive ideas forward—whether independently or as part of a cross-functional team.

In this role, you will add significant impact to Ovarro by:

  • Coordinating all daily production and stores activities to ensure the achievement of site-wide goals and initiatives.
  • Collaborating closely with all stakeholders to align with forecast, revenue plans, demand planning, and purchasing strategies.
  • Ensuring personnel are motivated and aligned through compassionate, visible leadership.
  • Representing the site in essential forums to communicate risks, opportunities, and build progress in relation to monthly/quarterly revenue plans and value stream planning.
  • Leading and owning the SQDCI process, working with cross-functional teams to:
    • Measure and monitor performance KPIs.
    • Drive actions to rectify any off-target metrics.
    • Present a performance summary to the leadership team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
