Burton-on-Trent, DE14 3HD Salary: £31,473 (Single Shift) / £34,170 (Double Shift) Hours: Monday - Friday (45 hours per week)
- Single Shift: 5:30 am - 2:30 pm
- Double Shift: 5:30 am - 2:30 pm / 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm
At Marley, we are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Operative to join our well-established team at our site in Burton-on-Trent.
You may have experience in a similar manufacturing environment, or within a fast-paced production / warehouse operative role, whatever your background; if you have the right attitude and a forward-thinking approach to work, we would love to hear from you!

What’s involved?
You will mainly work within the concrete Tiles department, operating manual and semi-automated machinery, hand-powered tools, and mobile plant such as Forklift trucks to move stock around the site. You will also help out with regular housekeeping such as cleaning, painting and other handy-person jobs.
This is a fantastic chance to work as part of a skilled team to manufacture high-quality products using the best technology and techniques whilst putting health and safety at the heart of everything you do!

What are we looking for:
- Experience working in a Production/Manufacturing environment
- Experience with semi-automated machinery/ robots is highly desirable
- Basic computer user experience (preferred but not essential)
- Current accredited FLT licence (preferred but not essential)
- Good communication skills
- Team-player mentality
