Production Manager

Production Operative

Working in a food production environment, ensuring the preparation of our food to go products is carried out effectively and with attention to our food safety and quality procedures. The nature of the work means that you will be working in a chilled or ambient environment, on your feet for the duration of the shift. We have a great team and there is always the opportunity for development for those who work hard and are willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Starting between 6 and 7am, we are always on the lookout for Food Production Operatives to work on our food production lines and in our connected preparation rooms.
  • We can offer you 5 shifts per week (out of a 7 production cycle (including weekends)).
  • As we produce fresh food, there is no set finish time: Your shift finishes when your part of production ends. However, that means that we pay you for every hour that you work!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
