Description
Are you an experienced Production Operative looking for consistent weekend night work? Do you enjoy working in a manufacturing environment where quality, reliability, and teamwork are valued? If so, we want to hear from you.
Impact Recruitment are currently working with a well-established injection moulding manufacturer based in Corby who are looking to recruit two Production Operatives to join their weekend night shift. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity offering excellent work-life balance, a competitive starting salary, and a clear pay increase following a successful probation period.
Location: Corby
Hours: Friday to Sunday, 18:00 - 06:00 (36 hours per week)

Pay: £14.00 per hour, increasing to £14.50 per hour after a successful 4-month probation (subject to attendance and performance)
Training: Six days of paid day-shift training over two weeks before moving onto the permanent weekend night shift
Contract: Temp to Perm
Duties
- Operate and monitor injection moulding machinery throughout the shift
- Unload finished products from machinery
- Carry out visual quality inspections to ensure products meet specification
- Report any machine faults or production issues to the relevant supervisor
- Pack finished products ready for dispatch
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Follow all health & safety and production procedures
The Ideal Candidate Must
- Have previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Be reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
- Be physically fit and comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
- Have a good eye for detail and a quality-focused approach
- Be willing to learn and follow established production procedures
- Be looking for a long-term, permanent opportunity
