Their modern, well-organised facility has a strong order book and is continuing to grow and they’re now welcoming Production Operatives to join the team on a long-term basis, with immediate starts available.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you’ll be part of a close-knit production team, where quality, safety, and teamwork matter.

You’ll Be Trained To

  • Use specialist equipment such as air tools, spray guns, and hog rings
  • Assemble and produce high-quality automotive components
  • Carry out visual quality checks on your own work
  • Follow clear health & safety processes designed to keep everyone safe
  • Support your teammates to keep production running smoothly

Shift Pattern

Days

This role operates on a two-shift rotation:

  • Monday – Thursday 6:45am – 3pm
  • Friday – 6:45am – 2:30pm

Lates

  • Monday – Thursday 4:20pm – 00:35
  • Friday – 2:55pm – 10:40pm

You’ll need to be flexible to work all shifts and overtime when required.

Shift premiums reflect this flexibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • Manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential—full training is provided
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a structured environment
