Pro-Found Recruitment are recruiting for a Production Operative role for our client based in Doncaster.
Production Operative Benefits
- Shifts/Hours: Static Days – Monday to Thursday (Fridays off) – 6am to 4.20pm – please do not apply if you cannot get to DN12 for a 6am start
- Start date: ASAP
- Pay Rates: £12.71 per hour
- Contract: Potential of temporary to Permanent after 12 weeks – based on performance, attendance, and client requirement
- Location: Doncaster, DN12
Production Operative Duties
- Working in the AGC department
- Operating and loading machinery
- Ensure the safe operation of machinery within the area of responsibility.
- Work in accordance with Company standard operating procedures and guidelines
- Read and assess production information for required specification details, working in an organised manner to ensure the task is completed efficiently, to the correct standard, and within the necessary time frame
- Interpret a variety of instructions in various formats – written, verbal, diagrammatic, or schedule form
- Using tools and equipment such as Brick saw’s
- Quality control and checking of materials and finished products
- General housekeeping
- Wear and always maintain personal protective equipment
- Mixing, measuring, and cutting products
- Working on your own and as part of a team

Production Operative Criteria
- Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred
- Machine operating experience preferred
- Hard-working, reliable, and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions, standard operating procedures, and guidelines
- Understands and good with different metric measurements
- Ability to perform manual labor for extending periods of time
- General knowledge of the occupational hazards and health and safety precautions
- Good work ethic and prepared to learn new skills
