Production Operative
Production Operative (Temporary) – Hungerford
Location: Outskirts of Hungerford, Swindon
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (weekday office hours) Contract: Temporary Requirement: Own transport required
Our client is seeking a Production Operative to join their expanding team in a dynamic production environment.
This temporary opportunity is aimed at supporting their operations during a busy period. As you’ll be handling machinery and working with dangerous materials, you’ll need demonstrated manual dexterity, solid English (written and verbal) skills, and a sound knowledge of health and safety protocols. While prior experience in a production environment is preferable, full training will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery in a hazardous environment where knowledge of health and safety is critical
- Work hands-on with potentially dangerous materials and substances
- Perform miscellaneous maintenance tasks to assist the team
- Maintain high production standards and adherence to safety guidelines
Key Notes:
- Must possess the ability to comprehend and act upon direct verbal instruction with ease
- Willingness to get hands-on, physically demanding work
- Full induction and equipment training provided
