Fibrisol Service Limited, part of the ICL Group, is a well-established and highly recognised company based in London, UK, specialising in the production and supply of food ingredients. Founded in 1964, Fibrisol has over 60 years of experience in the industry. The company focuses on providing high-quality ingredient solutions to various sectors, including the meat processing industry.

Schedule:
7:30am-4pm, Mon-Fri
The Role:
Fibrisol UK is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Factory Team as Production Operatives. This is an entry-level role that offers hands-on training across a variety of factory tasks, with a structured pay progression scheme based on skills development and job competency.

The Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and perform a range of factory tasks, including:
- Recipe Assembly
- Ribbon Blends
- Stacking and Labelling
- Warehouse Operations
- Blending Machine Operation
- Packing Machine Operation
- Fortnightly wash-down of machinery and equipment
- Work towards competency in each task to progress through the salary grading structure
- Follow Health and Safety, Food Safety, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors for continuous improvement

The Requirements:
- Minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English
- Prior experience in a factory or warehouse setting is desirable but not essential
- Good Time keeping
- Self-motivated
- Willingness & ability to learn
- Strong work ethic
- Must be comfortable with manual labour and handling - this role is not for someone who cannot complete repetitive lifting tasks.
