We're looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our team at West Auckland. Whether you already have manufacturing experience or are looking to build your career in a dynamic production environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality packaging solutions for some of the world's leading brands while working as part of a supportive and experienced team.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be involved in a variety of activities, including:

  • Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Producing high-quality products to customer specifications
  • Carrying out quality checks and recording results accurately
  • Helping to minimise waste and improve performance
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
  • Supporting your team to achieve production targets
  • Learning and developing skills across different areas of the operation

Working Pattern

This role operates on a rotating 3-shift pattern, so flexibility is essential. Successful candidates must be able to work a combination of days, afternoons and nights, Monday - Friday, as part of the site's production operations.

  • Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Have a strong focus on safety and quality
  • Are reliable, flexible and willing to learn new skills
  • Have a good standard of education, including literacy and numeracy skills, enabling them to follow work instructions, complete production records accurately, and work to quality standards
  • Have experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse or operational environments
