Responsibilities
- Independently manage your daily workload in alignment with established production plans.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure all required materials are available and properly transacted for assigned tasks.
- Take ownership of scheduled activities for your designated equipment, area, or function.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, focusing on a right first time approach.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the wider team's objectives.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, or laboratory setting. Experience in a cGMP environment is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical competence with machinery and a disciplined quality and compliance mindset.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel.
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and perform effectively under pressure.
What We Offer
- Contract Type: 3-month assignment
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:30
- Salary: GBP13.53 per hour (GBP28,142.40 per annum equivalent)
- Location: Birmingham (Onsite)
