Overview
PRODUCTION OPERATIVE | SELSEY | PANAMA
Due to continued growth and increased demand for our products, we are expanding our team and looking for Production Operatives to join us at Natures Way Foods. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation where our people are at the heart of what we do. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting our expanding production lines, ensuring our fresh, high-quality food products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards for our retail customers.
Shift pattern
We operate a rotational shift pattern covering both days and nights 7:00am–7:00pm. You will work a total of 14 days within a 28-day period. Typically, your working pattern will be as follows:
- Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Working on our food production lines, preparing various fresh produce for labeling
- Chopping and preparing fresh produce
- Picking and packing products
- Loading and unloading product onto the production lines
- Operating specialised machinery
Qualifications
Requirements/What we're looking for
- Strong attention to detail
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can work under pressure and to hard deadlines
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- A dynamic and flexible attitude and can solve problems
- Values working within a team
- Willing and open to learning new things
No experience is required as we provide full training initially to get you started and further ongoing training to progress your career with us.
