Description
Are you looking for regular weekend day work in a manufacturing environment where quality and consistency matter? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
We’re recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established injection moulding manufacturer based in Corby. This is a permanent position, operating on weekend days (Saturday & Sunday, 06:00–18:00). You can also take on optional additional hours during the week if desired.

Salary: £13.50/hour (with overtime increases available)
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor injection moulding machines
- Unload finished products and perform basic quality checks
- Ensure machines are running efficiently and safely
- Report any faults or production issues to the relevant team
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Experience working in manufacturing or production
- Reliability and commitment to consistent weekend day shifts
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-first approach
- Physically fit for repetitive manual handling tasks
- Open to optional weekday shifts if required
