Role Details

Two-Shift Rotation (06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00)

Working in Assembly, Area 1

Competitive rate of pay starting at £13.13 per hour. Overtime will be paid at time and a half (£19.70) and Sundays are double rate (£26.26)

Key Responsibilities

  • Working as a team to follow the daily production plan and hygiene schedule
  • Cleaning the production lines using chemicals in line with food safety regulations.
  • Following all health and safety procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safe work practises
  • Reporting any quality, hygiene or other issues to an Area Leader promptly to minimise downtime and uphold quality standards
  • Reporting any breakages, damages or near-misses to your Area Leader, to foster a safe working environment for everybody

Requirements

What we need from you:

  • Previous food production experience is an advantage, but not essential
  • Manufacturing experience is beneficial, though full training will be provided
  • Effective communication skills and willingness to work as a team
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn
  • A safety-conscious mindset with commitment to following all safety guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail
