Join Woodlands Home & Garden Group as a Production Operative
Location: Thornbury Industrial Estate, Bradford, BD3 7AF
Choose the shift that works for you – we have 2 open vacancies:
- Early Shift - Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Day Shift - Monday to Thursday | 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday | 7:30am – 4:00pm
Starting Pay - £12.80 per hour - With regular pay reviews, paid overtime, annual bonuses and genuine opportunities to increase your earnings as your skills grow.

What You Will Be Doing
You'll play a vital role in building premium timber products that are delivered to customers throughout the UK.
Your Day Could Include
- Manufacturing and assembling log cabin components
- Operating machinery including saws, notching machines, nail guns and other woodworking equipment
- Reading production drawings and following manufacturing plans
- Fitting doors, windows, glazing and hardware
- Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure every product meets our high standards
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
- Working closely with an experienced team who will help you develop your skills
