Production Operative (Bugle, GB, PL26-8RR)

Perm AM Shift Production Operative | Bugle

What you will be doing

As a Production Operative on our day shift, you will be a vital part of the team, ensuring our high-quality products are processed and packed safely for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced factory environment, collaborating closely with your colleagues to meet daily targets while maintaining the highest standards of food safety.

  • Production Excellence: Process, seal, pack, and dispatch high-quality products to exact specifications while adhering to production targets
  • Safety & Hygiene: Comply with the strictest health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring the safe handling of food products throughout the factory
  • Operational Support: Perform essential service tasks, accurately track products through the system, and support departmental improvement projects
  • Leadership & Growth: Take personal responsibility for development and, as required, support team operations or mentor new team members

What you will bring

  • Experience: Previous factory or production experience is preferred but not essential—we value a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong teamwork abilities
    • Positive attitude and adaptability
    • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
  • Hard Skills:
    • Fluency in English and basic numeracy
    • Capability to perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and lifting
