About The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing high-quality products, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacture, assembly, inspection, and packing of products, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery and equipment.
- Assembling, inspecting, and packing products.
- Conducting quality checks and basic testing.
- Following production procedures and work instructions.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Working collaboratively to achieve production targets.
- Reporting machinery faults or quality concerns to supervisors.

What We're Looking For (Person Specification)
- Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and work safely to meet production targets.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
