Production Operative
Health, Safety & Environmental Responsibilities
- Be accountable for the health and safety of yourself and colleagues while working, adhering strictly to company SSOW (Safe Systems of Work) procedures.
- Immediately report any unsafe acts seen to the concerned individual(s) and escalate any health and safety incidents to management without delay.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Production & Operations Responsibilities
- Operate machinery efficiently to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.
- Achieve set productivity and performance targets while maintaining consistent quality standards.
- Execute maintenance and cleaning tasks in line with the planned schedule and company guidelines.
