Contract: Full Time / Permanent Salary: Starting at £33,237.62 Shift Pattern: 4 dias/2 nights (7 am–7 pm), Operative (several patterns based on this cycle) Location: Severnside, Stroud, Gloucestershire

We’re seeking a motivated Production Operative to safeguard the delivery of excellence in our dairy operations.
#Your Responsibilities
As a Production Operative, your role is pivotal to our production:
- Support the daily production plan and uphold high food safety and hygiene standards.
- Adhere strictly to legal compliance and company procedures.
- Identify cost-saving initiatives and optimise waste reduction strategies.
- Maintain equipment, reporting any issues immediately.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and site performance targets.
- Implement a “Clean As You Go” approach and uphold 5S workplace standards.
- Reinforce health, safety, and environmental management commitments.

#Essential Skills & Experience
Must-have experience: ✔ FMCG production in temp-controlled environments. ✔ Foundational understanding of Health & Safety + Environmental Management Systems. ✔ Familiarity with production control tools (DPS, OEE, Mainsaver). ✔ Basic knowledge of Food Hygiene & HACCP.
Desired experience: ✔ Basic proficiency in AS400 or SAP systems.
