Production Operative (Milk Filling L3)
Location: Bellshill
Contract: Full-time permanent
Hours: 5 over 7 days (covering days and backs)
Hourly Rate: £13.46
We’re now recruiting for a Milk Filling Operative (L3) within our Production department at Müller Bellshill Dairy.
About the Role
This role involves operating our manufacturing machinery to produce the highest-quality dairy products. Success in this position requires a strong team worker, a results-driven attitude, and the ability to remain proactive and adaptable to changing production demands.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Operating and monitoring machinery to ensure effective production output of high-quality dairy products.
- Maintaining strict hygiene standards in line with workplace regulations.
- Conducting system upkeep and related maintenance checks.
- Performing cleaning duties to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Conducting quality control inspections to meet customer expectations.
- Replenishing materials as required to keep production running smoothly.
- Performing first-line maintenance checks.

Essential Skills, Experience & Knowledge
Your role requires demonstrates in the following areas:
- Manual packing work experience (bonus but not essential).
- A collaborative approach, with a proven track record in teamwork & collaboration.
- Capability & accountability—owning responsibility for your tasks and outputs.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules.
- Strong listening & communication skills.
- Initiative, prioritisation, and problem-solving when needed.
