Your Mission
As a Production Operative, you’ll work beside specialists to ensure efficient, high-quality operations on packing machines. Passionate about sustainability and teamwork? You’re ready to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Setup:
- Erect boxes or trays according to machine specifications.
- Ensure machines function correctly, safely, and comply with shutdown protocols when necessary.

Quality Assurance:
- Inspect each product for defects.
- Immediately report any non-compliant items to your Supervisor or Technician.
- Label and secure each box accurately, leaving one empty per layer for PSO to perform PPQC checks.

Waste & Reporting:
- Weigh, document, and collate rejected products and scrap trays.
- Recover full material scrap trays at shift end and escort them to recycling units.

Safety & Hygiene:
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to health & safety, quality, and environmental policies.

Support & Adaptability:
- Able to undertake additional duties as required.
- Potentially upskill to PSO level with provided training.
