Production Operative
Production Assembler / Production Operative – £13.58 p/h
This is a great opportunity for someone with assembly or manufacturing experience to join a busy and well-established Hand Assembly team based in Farlington.
The Production Assembler / Production Operative plays a key role in maintaining high quality standards and suits candidates comfortable with repetitive assembly and inspection of identical small components while following defined procedures and industry standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hand assembling connectors and small components
- Completing repetitive assembly and inspection tasks to specification
- Performing first-off and last-off inspections
- Conducting quality check patrolling during production runs
- Ensuring all work meets quality and specification standards
- Adhering to EN9100 requirements and standard operating procedures
- Supporting additional duties such as packing, where required

What We’re Looking For
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly
- Skill working with small components and fine hand assembly
- Ability to carry out repetitive tasks accurately and consistently
- A reliable, dedicated work approach
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in following structured processes and quality systems (EN9100 experience desirable)

What’s On Offer
- Competitive salary: £13.58 p/h
- Annual leave: 25 days plus bank/public holidays
- Additional 3 days off over the festive period
- Day shift hours:
- Mon–Thu: 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Fri: 8:00am to 3:30pm
- Company pension scheme
