Position
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative (Grading Shed) at our potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.
Shift & Hours
- Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off with a rolling shift pattern
- Start/End Time: 6am – 6pm
- Salary: £12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately grade potato products, ensuring all products meet quality and weight specifications
- Inspect products for any defects or quality issues while reporting concerns to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the area, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Maintain attention to detail, focusing on quality assurance
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards
- Perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting and extended periods of standing

Desirable Skills & Attributes
- Previous experience in production or grading roles (particularly within the food industry)
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
