Your new role

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role within the manufacturing process, supporting the production and assembly of high-quality equipment. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.

Duties will include:

  • Assembly and fitting of components using hand and power tools
  • Operating production machinery and equipment safely
  • Quality checking finished products to required standards
  • Reading and following work instructions and engineering drawings
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production line
  • Adhering to all health, safety and environmental procedures
