  • Competitive Pay: Start at £13.21 per hour, with an enhanced rate of £16.51 per hour for shifts worked between 8 pm and 6 am or any hours over 37.5 per week. with opportunities for higher earnings as you progress!
  • Hours of work: 16:00 until 02:30 (Approx.) Monday to Friday with a rotational day off each week.

The Role:

As a Production Operative, your day will be varied and rewarding. You’ll be responsible for setting up our production machines, ensuring smooth line operation, and creating delicious pastries that our customers adore. Whether it’s operating depositors, performing quality checks, or adding the finishing touches to hand-finished products, every task is vital to the success of the team.

  • Machine Setup: Kickstart your shift by setting up production machines and ensuring everything is ready to go.
  • Production Line Operation: Keep the production line running smoothly, ensuring we produce thousands of products every hour.
  • Quality Control: Perform weight checks and ensure every product meets our high standards.
  • Decorating & Toppings: Add that special touch with decorative elements and toppings, from herbs to glaze!
  • Waste Management: Maintain a clean, efficient workspace by handling waste responsibly.

Please be aware that this is a physically demanding role, lifting weights up to 25kg on a regular basis, and will involve standing and being on your feet for the majority of the shift.
