We have exciting opportunities for Production Operatives to join Our Team at Bromborough site!
Shift Pattern
- 5 out of 6 days
- 07:00am to 15:30pm
- Voluntary overtime at premium pay rate
Successful candidates will work in fast-paced production areas, ensuring all products are processed and packed efficiently to meet customer specifications while maintaining strict Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing the raw material according to the specifications, pack the product into baskets, OCM baskets and stack onto pallet and changing the specifications at change overs
- Having a high understanding of quality, ensuring that the raw material is within the specifications before packing
- Ensures the sites intentions to produce safe, legal and authentic products are maintained
- Report faults, so they can be put right quickly, to keep downtime to a minimum
- Maintaining factory cleaning standards and encouraging others to do the same
- Keeping waste to a minimum, by managing the yield as shown online schematics
- Always follow GMP

Previous experience working in Food Production Environment will be advantageous but not essential as Full Training will be provided.
