Production Operatives Wanted
We are looking for reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our growing team at Edgetech, Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are valued. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, inspecting finished goods, and ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of health and safety. Full training is provided, making this role suitable for both experienced candidates and those looking to start a career in manufacturing.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Setting up and operation of specialised production machinery, ensuring each machine is running effectively and safely at all times.
- Maintaining and promoting a clean and organised work environment.
- Ensuring our customer orders are met to our high standards of quality.
- Ensuring all safety and compliance procedures are maintained accurately and consistently.
- Working with line managers to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Assisting with maintenance of equipment and cleaning as required.
