A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Warehouse Operative, your day will involve working in a fast-paced environment where you will ensure that materials are processed and delivered to internal customers efficiently. You will start your shift by reviewing work plans and safety procedures, followed by using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory accurately. Throughout the day, you will operate material handling equipment, monitor work quality, and collaborate with your team to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Comply with all EHS processes and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Utilize excellent organizational skills to select the correct materials, tools, and equipment for tasks.
- Plan and lay out work according to strict engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor work continuously, maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality outcomes.
- Follow instructions precisely and adhere to established procedures without implementing unauthorized process improvements.
- Operate and maintain material handling equipment (MHE) competently, ensuring efficient processing and delivery of materials.
- Identify opportunities for improvements related to Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Delivery (SQPD) and support initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.

What You Bring
- A mix of warehouse and manufacturing experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of operational processes.
- Knowledge of 5S principles and lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency.
- Experience with SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Competency in Microsoft IT applications to support daily tasks and reporting.
- Understanding of internal customer requirements and a commitment to delivering work to the highest standards.
- Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
- Flexibility to work a shift pattern that includes days, nights, and weekends as required.
