Our business is booming—we’ve doubled Beetroot production in the UK, supplying over 70% of the UK’s prepared Beetroot products, and we’re expanding our team to include individuals looking to develop a long-term career in the food industry.

G’s is at the cutting edge of modern farming and food distribution, working with the leading UK and European food retail brands.

As a Production Operative, you’ll be part of a team contributing across our production lines. Your duties may include packing, trimming, labelling, and supporting diverse warehouse tasks—critical in ensuring every product meets supermarket standards. No prior experience required; we’ll provide full training.

Working Arrangements

  • Hours: 05.00 AM – 05.00 PM (overtime dependent on demand)
  • Pattern: 2-week rotating schedule (3/4 days per week, ‘Panama schedule’)
  • Every other weekend off!
