We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our team at our Stoke-on-Trent site.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment where teamwork, reliability, and a hands-on approach are key. Whether you already have experience in production or are looking to build a career in manufacturing, we would love to hear from you.

The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play an important part in our day-to-day operations, supporting the efficient production of high-quality products.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and effectively
- Assembling and packing products
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure standards are met
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
About You
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hands-on with a strong work ethic
- Able to work well within a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to health and safety standards
Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:50
- Friday: 07:00 – 11:10
- Day shifts only
- Overtime available occasionally
