Radnor Hills is an award-winning leading soft drinks producer based in beautiful countryside at Heartsease, Knighton, Powys.
Established in 1990 by founder William Watkins, independent and family-owned, Radnor Hills produces over 400 million still, sparkling and flavoured water drinks every year.

Our diverse drinks portfolio is all made using exceptionally pure Welsh spring water sourced from our family farm’s land, just minutes from the production line for maximum freshness.
Environmental sustainability is a cornerstone of our company. We have been a zero-to-landfill site since 2018 with an on-site state-of-the-art recycling facility and an expert in-house team. Our environmental management system and site are certified to ISO 14001 standards.
All of Radnor’s products are fully recyclable:
- Plastic bottles and shrink wraps are 100% recyclable, made up of 30% recycled material
- Cartons are straw-free
- Aluminium cans are infinitely recyclable and sourced within 65 miles of our farm in the Welsh countryside

In 2023, we opened new expanded production facilities, a quality assurance laboratory, and a state-of-the-art office complex. Our £1.8 million investment in a solar farm now delivers 25% of our electricity needs.
Our multi-format facility manufactures glass, PET, cans, and Tetra Pak from one site. Our customers include major multiples, schools, and independent retailers.
The Role
We are looking for new team members to join our fast-paced Production department. As a Production Operative, you don’t need prior experience in a drinks factory—full training will be provided for our canning, bottling, and Tetra Pak machines.
Main Duties
- Running production lines across our factory
- Carrying out and recording quality checks
- Recording equipment downtime accurately
- Ensuring equipment hygiene through regular procedures
- Adhering to health and safety policies and working to risk assessments

Candidate Requirements
- Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player

- Basic IT skills, solid English and maths proficiency
Hours & Location
You will be based at our production facility at Heartsease, Knighton, working an average of 42 hours per week under a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, rotating between:
- 0600 to 1800
- 1800 to 0600
Wage: £13.76 per hour
