JCB, the UK’s leading manufacturer of construction and agricultural equipment, is seeking motivated and skilled Production Operatives to join their team across sites in Derbyshire and Staffordshire.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in the production of high-quality machinery. Day-to-day duties may include: Working on the assembly line to help build industry-leading construction equipment while meeting KPI targets Maintaining performance and quality standards at all times Using hand and air tools safely and effectively Loading and unloading vehicles Receiving, storing, and organising goods within the warehouse Participating in on-site training programmes to develop and enhance your skills Supporting different processes across the operation following training Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (problem-solving, countermeasures, and Kaizen activities) Adhering strictly to all Health & Safety policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

Previous factory, production, assembly, or mechanical experience (desirable but not essential – full training provided) Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Excellent timekeeping and attendance A flexible approach and willingness to work shifts
