About the Role

Our site in Norwich specializes in producing high-quality snack products. Whether it’s keeping production lines running smoothly or ensuring every product meets our standards, every role here is vital in delivering the brands that people love.

We are looking for motivated and reliable Production Operators to join our production team.


Core Responsibilities

  • Operating production and packing machinery safely and efficiently
  • Monitoring machine performance and product quality
  • Carrying out basic machine checks and adjustments
  • Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
  • Recording production data accurately
  • Working as part of a team to meet production targets
  • Keeping the work area clean and tidy

Shifts & Compensation

  • Days or Nights shift pattern: 3 on, 3 off, 7 AM to 7 PM (Days) or equivalent night shift
  • Salary:
    • Days: £24,500.70
    • Nights: £26,266.98 – £27,211.08 (DOE)

Requirements

Experience & Skills

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Previous factory or manufacturing experience – food production experience is highly desirable.
  • An eye for detail to carry out quality checks and ensure every product meets our standards.
  • Practical skills to operate and safely adjust machinery.
  • Reliability – This is a team environment where consistency matters.
  • Adaptability – Ability to stay calm and problem-solve during fast-paced shifts.
