What You’ll Be Doing: As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll:
Operate machinery and equipment to support daily production targets Carry out effective shift handovers and communicate clearly with team members Maintain a safe working environment and take prompt action to prevent accidents Keep equipment clean and hygienic, using CIP systems where required Work closely with engineering teams to minimise downtime and maintain high standards Accurately complete all required compliance documentation Continuously look for ways to improve processes, safety, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
A strong awareness of health and safety A proactive attitude and ability to work independently Good communication and teamwork skills Basic computer literacy to operate systems and equipment Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern
