Shift Pattern: Progressing to a 4 on / 4 off

  • £12.71 per hour (Days)
  • £15.48 per hour (Shift Pattern)

About the Role: Kinetic Recruitment is currently looking for Production Operators to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Holywell. As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

Duties:

  • Operating sorting and collation machinery in line with company procedures.
  • Monitoring production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Working closely with the Shift Leader to keep production running smoothly and achieve daily targets.
  • Carrying out visual quality inspections and checking product weights and dimensions.
  • Packing finished products to the required quality standards.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Wear the required PPE at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and complete accurate shift handovers.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
