Shift Pattern: Progressing to a 4 on / 4 off
Pay Rate:
- £12.71 per hour (Days)
- £15.48 per hour (Shift Pattern)

About the Role: Kinetic Recruitment is currently looking for Production Operators to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Holywell. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term work with immediate starts available. As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

Duties:
- Operating sorting and collation machinery in line with company procedures.
- Monitoring production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Working closely with the Shift Leader to keep production running smoothly and achieve daily targets.
- Carrying out visual quality inspections and checking product weights and dimensions.
- Packing finished products to the required quality standards.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Wear the required PPE at all times.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and complete accurate shift handovers.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
