Production Operator
Who are we looking for?
We now have an opportunity for a Production Operator to join our team in Glenrothes.
The role is primarily dayshift, worked between Monday-Friday 09:00am - 15:00pm. Although we have some scope for flexibility.
Our Production Operations work within our Cleanroom Facility to ensure and maintain a smooth interface with the Data Processing function as the production input. Cooperative Team working with the other operational functions, notably Production Support, as well as the Quality Department and other Production Areas.
What will you be doing?
Production Operator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reading internal databases to determine customer specifications and requirements
- Exposing photomasks by inputting data correctly into exposure tools
- Process photomasks using dedicated tools
- Measure critical dimensions of features to the customer specific instructions and specification
- Accurately control our process by reading, understanding and following our SPC system
- Checking the quality of product using automatic inspection tools
- Dispatching of product to customer specific instructions
- Maintaining Cleanroom cleanliness and adhering to all Cleanroom protocol

The Production Operator will also be asked to participate in continuous improvement exercises that will improve their work areas and give them a sense of ownership.
Who are You?
We are looking for candidates with Standard Grade Maths and English, or equivalent, excellent time management, positive can-do attitude, and ability to easily communicate with colleagues.
