Production Operator (Materials & Compounding) – Permanent Full-Time – Swing Shift

Job Overview
The role involves operating machinery and tools used in manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within the team to perform various stages of production, as per Tyco Electronics’ Operating Advantage (Lean Manufacturing), Quality, Safety, General Standards, and Company Procedures
- Follow a manufacturing schedule and promptly notify supervision of any issues that may impact timelines
- Prepare and complete all documentation accurately, legibly, and on time
- Report any deviations to supervision and assist in resolving non-complancies where necessary
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and quality within the department
- Remain compliant with training procedures and updates to general standards

Work Schedule
- Swing Shift Pattern (Weekly Rotation)
- Week 1: 06:00–14:00 (Mon–Thurs), 06:00–18:00 (Fri)
- Week 2: 14:00–22:00 (Mon–Thurs), Friday off
- Shift Allowance: 20%
