Production Operator Materials & Compounding
Permanent Contract – Full-time Swing Shift Position

Weekly Shift Schedule
- Week 1: 0600–1400 (Mon–Thurs), 0600–1800 (Friday)
- Week 2: 1400–2200 (Mon–Thurs), Friday off Shift Allowance: 20%

As a Production Operator – Materials & Compounding, you will ensure seamless manufacturing processes, equipment upkeep, and adherence to quality standards in a full-time swing shift role.

Key Responsibilities
- Fix and maintain manufacturing equipment, record machine logs, and ensure accurate production outputs
- Read and interpret technical drawings to select, position, and secure machinery
- Identify and report equipment failures or calibration errors promptly
- Evaluate production performance against quality standards and escalate deviations
- Perform scheduled changeovers, setups, and preparation of materials per production briefs
