Production Operator - Lurgan
Job Description:
We are seeking to recruit a number of Production Operatives to support ongoing business growth and investment at the Lurgan plant.
Saica Group develops corrugated packaging solutions, with production facilities across Spain, France, Portugal, Italy, Turkey, Ireland, the UK, and the United States.
As part of a flexible and collaborative team, you will be required to demonstrate excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing process. Safety is a top priority at Saica, and you will be expected to work in a safety-first manner at all times.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to produce high-quality packaging in line with customer specifications
- Comply with Health and Safety at Work regulations, ensuring your own safety and that of your colleagues
- Contribute to site profitability by minimising waste and reducing machine downtime
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping to improve productivity and reduce the risk of accidents
- Participate in ongoing continuous improvement initiatives
- Carry out quality checks on finished products
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Essential Criteria
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to precise standards
Desirable
- Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or production role
- Basic computer skills
Full training will be provided to successful applicants upon commencement of employment.
Working Hours
- 8am – 5pm Monday-Thursday.
- 8am-1pm Friday
