About the Role

We are currently seeking to recruit competitive and motivated Production Operatives for our facility in Toomebridge.

As a key member of the Production Team, you will play a vital role in fulfilling customer orders to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the team to efficiently manage production processes.
  • Ensure output meets quality standards while maintaining a fast-paced production environment.
  • Collaborate to improve workflows and streamline production efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a production process is essential, with a preference for candidates already familiar with the building/construction industry.
  • Ability to work as a strong team player and uphold high quality standards.
  • Some experience manufacturing dry cast products is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to follow health & safety regulations in a workshop/manufacturing setting.
